Venture Expeditions Hiking Trips

Venture Expeditions has offered a variety of hiking trips throughout the years and continues to focus on quality hiking/mountaineering trips. Our hiking trips have ranged from one day hikes up Pike's Peak in Colorado, to six day treks to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, or week long excursions through the foothills of the Himalayas. Year after year, we continue to push our hiking trips to new levels as we seek to provide unique opportunities for our teams to push themselves through strenuous hiking expeditions.

The 2010 Venture Expeditions Hiking Trips focus on offering our participants three unique opportunities to trek to new heights around the world. Our hiking trips offer two styles of trips: Advocacy Trips and Action Trips.

Advocacy Trips

Advocacy Trips offer participants an opportunity to participate in a state-side trip that blends the physical demands of hiking and/or mountaineering while also raising awareness and financial support for a project working to free individuals and communities from the bondage of poverty, slavery, and injustice. These treks take teams to the wilderness where they also focus on discovering who God has created them to be.

Action Trips

Action Trips offer participants the opportunity to travel across the world and blend the physical demands of hiking with the beauty of serving the projects they are sacrificing for. These treks provide the ultimate opportunity to Benefit the World and Discover the Soul by taking the team to the very people they are advocating for.
