 The Issue 

Human trafficking is the illegal trade of human beings for the purposes of commercial sexual exploitation or forced labor, a modern-day form of slavery that is more prevalent than you may know.

 Some of the Heartbreaking Facts 

• An estimated 27 million adults & 13 million children worldwide are victims of human trafficking.
• There are more human slaves in the world today than ever before in history.
• Approximately 75-80% of human trafficking is for sex.
• 80% of those sold into sexual slavery are under 24, some are as young as six years old.
• An estimated 30,000 victims of sex trafficking die each year from abuse, disease, torture & neglect.

 About Run Free 

Run Free is an initiative to raise public awareness and reach out to protect victims of human trafficking. Funds raised will benefit the Just+Hope Campaign and Eden Ministry.

 The Just+Hope Campaign 

The Venture Expeditions Just+Hope Campaign works to partner churches and communities in the US with the local church in Asia, collectively working to prevent inJUSTICE in impoverished areas and offer HOPE to oppressed people. Venture's US programs educate communities about injustice, oppression and modern-day slavery while challenging people to respond through prayer and sacrificial giving. In Asia, our local church partners and missionaries work to prevent modern-day slavery through discipleship programs (worldview training), education and economic empowerment.  Eden Women's Ministry 

At Eden we seek to bring hope to women trapped in the hopelessness of prostitution. We believe in a holistic approach, serving the needs of body, soul and spirit. Every person who comes to us is uniquely created by our Father and has her own set of needs.
