On this tour, the team will cycle close to 700 miles along the Aegean and Mediterranean Sea from Istanbul to Ephesus and back through the interior of the country. Throughout the tour the team will experience both the breathtaking countryside and rich culture of Turkey as they make their way along throughout of Turkey..

In addition cycling, the team will have the opportunity to see historical Ephesus and the Basilica of St. John where the Gospel of John was written. The team will also visit and serve with a local project working with refugees and other people affected by poverty.

Challenge Level: Developmental - This tour is for experienced riders or those looking to pioneer a new location and experience an "Old School" Venture Trip.

Support Level: Self-Supported Tour - Team members will be expected to carry their gear and personal belongings on their bikes. There will be NO support vehicle accompanying the team.

Participants: 10 maximum

Trip Cost: $1,795, we will provide you with resources to help you fundraise for the tour.

Additional Donation to the Just+Hope Campaign: $1000, we will provide you with resources to help you fundraise for the cause.

Inclusions: Experienced Leader, Accommodations, Food, Tour Coordination, and Cycling Jersey

Exclusions: Travel to Antalya, and from Istanbul, Bicycle, personal cycling gear, and spending money

Lodging: Hostels

Route: The 2010 Turkey Tour will follow the Turkish coast from Cesme to Antalya, taking in some of the most breathtaking sights of the Aegean and Mediterranean Sea.
