I am a junior psychology major at North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. Originally I was born in Lafayette, Louisiana but grew up in Rockton, Illinois with my mom, dad and older sister Elizabeth. Early on in life my family instilled in me a passion for traveling. My dad is a pilot for American Airlines and aviation enthusiast, so it is easy to see how traveling became apart of our family traditions.

Why I'm involved in Venture Expeditions:: The mission of Venture instantly captured my attention. The combination of physical activity and service attracted me. But after my boyfriend returned from the Kilimanjaro Hike last year, I knew the trip was the perfect fit for me. I believe this trip will challenge me in so many ways: physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Josh! Hello! Trust me I am jumping with exctiment...I am even jumping this very second! But I am really nervous about my team leader...word on the street is that last time he climbed the moutian he had explosive diarrhea and it took him months to get down the mountian. The whole team was delayed...not sure if I can trust this
