Greetings from Linden

The trip so far has been more wonderful than I could have ever asked or imagined.
Currently, I am sitting in Cornerstone Church in Linden, Alabama, surrounded by some of my new best friends. To get here today, we rode 60 miles from Jackson, Alabama. To get to Jackson, we rode 85 miles from Mobile. To get to Mobile, I rode 16 hours in a car from Michigan.
On a different note, the term "southern hospitality" has proved to be surprisingly true. Last night and tonight, the team was treated to delicious dinners by our host churches. Yum!
The weather has been great! Both today and yesterday it rained, so the temperature has been more bearable than I thought it would be. Mucho bueno!
